The vendor expo is an opportunity for vendors to visit with public procurement officials from counties, cities, higher education, special districts, etc. The expo will take place at HCDE located at 6300 Irvington Blvd, Room 502, Houston. Parking is on the 3rd or 4th floor and overflow parking is next to the building.
Exhibitor booths are assigned by SETAPP. Be sure to submit your application and payment early! The Expo is scheduled for May 14th. Set up begins at 8:30am and breakdown by 3:00pm.The expo is 10:00am until noon followed by lunch with vendor presentations until 1:30pm. Agency bidding opportunity updates is 1:30pm–2:00pm and vendor give aways at 2:00pm. The deadline to reserve a booth is April 24th. Payment must be received on or before this date. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge. No electrical available at booths.
