2024 Lone Star Conference-VENDOR EXPO

The Lone Star conference is an event for public procurement officials from counties, cities, higher education, special districts, etc. The 2024 conference is hosted by SETAPP, the Houston area chapter of NIGP.
Exhibitor booths are assigned by SETAPP. Be sure to submit your application and payment early! The Expo is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024. The expo is 11:30–4:30, lunch with vendor presentations is 11:30 – 12:50. Vendor give aways/drawings starting at 3:30. Vendors will be able to set up at 9:00am and must be taken down by 5:00pm. The deadline to reserve a booth is March 25, 2024. Payment must be received on or before this date. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge.
